Keeping well mama workshop

Sale price£10.00

This workshop is all about YOU mama… when was the last time someone really asked about you not just baby? Straight to your inbox to offer you space for your own self care & check in 📥💭

Many mums feel easily forgotten after baby arrives, it’s all about meeting babies needs! But you still matters and actually part of meeting your babies needs is meet your own needs too! It’s well known mothers can struggle after birth, this is a very vulnerable time and getting support is so important. This workshop is a space for you to be seen, to reflect on HOW to meet your new and changing needs and to know what is ‘normal’ and requires SELF CARE and knowing if you need more…how/when/why to seek professional help. This comes from both a professional mental health practitioner with experiences of working with parents with mental health difficulties and trauma. As well a mother with my own experiences, which I share openly and honestly, in the hope that my vulnerability may help you to speak about your own. and a professional mental health practitioner. I feel so passionately about taking care of new mama’s & making sure you know you MATTER too. I know this topic is hard to talk about & can feel scary which is why I wish all mum’s could know what to expect and when to seek support, which is why I have made this workshop for a price I hope all mum’s can afford!

Such an eye-opener! I used to feel guilty for taking time for myself, but now I know that a happy, cared-for mom means a happier baby.
